  • Will my dog be well looked after?
    Yes! Your dog will be treated as if they were their trainers own. Regular health checks by our qualified veterinary nurse will be done daily and washing and grooming needs will also be met to a high standard during your dog's stay.
  • How long does my dog need to stay away?
    The length of stay is dependent on your dogs individual needs and the training levels you are looking to achieve. Your dog will stay with their expert trainer for an average of 2-4 weeks. (Shorter or longer stays may be possible if appropriate.)
  • How much do the training programmes cost?
    Board and train programmes cost from £900 per week. Discounts available on stays 3 weeks and over. Please get in contact to discuss your individual training programme costs.
  • Will I get updates on my dogs progress?
    Yes! Your dog's trainer will personally contact you with video and photo updates, detailing your dog's progress via watts app throughout their stay.
  • Will my dog need further training?
    Dog training is a continuous thing, your dog's obedience will be at a very high level after their stay and their behaviour modification programme will ensure that their behaviour is much better than before. We also ensure that you are more than confident and equipped to continue the training after our comprehensive handover at the end of your dog's training. With a clear and easy to follow training plan. Top up stays are also available if needed throughout your dog's learning process.
  • Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
    We have a duty of care by UK law, to check proof of upto date vaccinations. Please ensure this proof is presented before your dogs stay and confirmed by us as satisfactory, to avoid disappointment of your dog not being able to train with us.
  • Will my dogs medical needs and dietary requirements be met?
    Yes! Please inform us of any medical conditions or special dietary requirements your dog may have and rest assured our qualified veterinary nurse will over see these needs are met during their stay with us. Any medical changes noticed will be promptly reported to the owners.
  • Will my dog get much time and attention dedicated to them?
    Yes! Your dog will be assigned their own personal dog trainer, receiving their undivided time and attention. Whether it's time to train, rest or play. Your dog will be monitored and cared for by our expert dog professionals.
  • Do I receive ongoing support?
    Yes! We offer you a complimentary 1:1 session within a month of your dogs departure, to help with any adjustments that may need to be made. This can be held in person or via Skype. Ongoing support is always available via email, phone or text during working hours. For those times you may have questions, or just want to share your progress with us!
